ILIGAN CITY—The Ministry of Social Companies and Improvement (MSSD) of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Area in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) has allayed fears amongst voters that their alternative of specific candidates can have bearing on the choice of beneficiaries of presidency’s conditional money switch program.
