MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte accredited the implementing guidelines and rules (IRR) for the Division of Migrant Employees (DMW), the pinnacle of the Philippine Abroad Employment Administration (POEA) confirmed Thursday.
POEA Administrator Bernard Olalia stated that the IRR is important as a result of it’ll function the “spine” for the implementation of the DMW Act.
