Herlene Budol, often known as “Hipon Lady,” expressed her gratitude after broadcaster Karen Davila gave her P100,000 in earnings from their YouTube interview vlog.

“Isang malaking karangalan po [ulit ‘yung nag-congratulate] si ma’am Karen Davila sa pag pasok ko sa Binibining Pilipinas 2022 at eto pa ang surpresa niya sa akin mga KaHipon at hanggang ngayon walang tigil iyak ko,” Budol stated. “Ibinigay po [niya] sa akin yung earnings sa youtube [niya] nung ininterview [niya] sa akin nakaraan April 2 sa halagang 100,000 pesos po bago ako nag-register ng Binibining Pilipinas na umabot ng [2.2 million] views.”

The comic and former “Wowowin” host admitted that the cash is a giant assist for her and her household, particularly now that she is an official candidate of Binibining Pilipinas.
“Dahil [three months] ako bawal magtanggap ng trabaho at endorsement sa coverage ng Binibining Pilipinas kaya umaasa na lang din ako ng revenue sa [YouTube channel] ko sa pag pa vlog!” she added.
