I so badly needed to name this a one-pan meal, however since I needed to make the curry sauce in a separate saucepan, I simply couldn’t. With that being stated, this curry hen skillet is a simple recipe to make!
This dish is made with hen and cauliflower as the bottom then surrounded by the beautiful style of curry! I often make my curry SPICY! However for this dish, I made a decision to tame it down. If you wish to make this spicy, merely add in some chili peppers!
Yields 2 servings of Keto Curry Hen & Cauliflower Skillet
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
- 2 tablespoon crimson curry paste
- 100 gram canned tomatoes with inexperienced chiles
- 100 gram heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup hen inventory
- Sea salt to style
Hen Cauliflower Skillet:
- 22 ounce boneless, skinless hen thighs
- Salt and pepper to style
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon recent parsley, chopped
