Keto Curry Hen & Cauliflower Skillet


I so badly needed to name this a one-pan meal, however since I needed to make the curry sauce in a separate saucepan, I simply couldn’t. With that being stated, this curry hen skillet is a simple recipe to make!

This dish is made with hen and cauliflower as the bottom then surrounded by the beautiful style of curry! I often make my curry SPICY! However for this dish, I made a decision to tame it down. If you wish to make this spicy, merely add in some chili peppers!

Yields 2 servings of Keto Curry Hen & Cauliflower Skillet

The Preparation

Curry Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoon crimson curry paste
  • 100 gram canned tomatoes with inexperienced chiles
  • 100 gram heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup hen inventory
  • Sea salt to style

Hen Cauliflower Skillet:

  • 22 ounce boneless, skinless hen thighs
  • Salt and pepper to style
  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon recent parsley, chopped

The Execution

1. Measure out and put together all of the elements. Put together the crimson curry sauce by heating a saucepan over medium warmth and including within the elements for the sauce. As soon as heat, pulse in a blender till clean.
