MANILA, Philippines – Hurricane Odette, which has exited the Philippine space of duty (PAR), continues to accentuate over the West Philippine Sea and can deliver scattered rain showers and thunderstorms to the Kalayaan Islands in Palawan, whereas the Bicol area and Quezon province may have an identical climate situation as a result of shear line.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Providers Administration (Pagasa) added that tropical cyclone wind sign #1 continues to be up over the Kalayaan Islands.
Storm warning indicators elsewhere have been lifted.
Pagasa reported that as pf 4:00a.m. Sunday, “Odette” was noticed roughly 320 kilometers northwest of Pag-Asa Island with most sustained winds of 195 kilometers per hour (kph) close to the middle and gusts of as much as 240 kph whereas shifting west northwest at 25 kph.
“Within the subsequent 24 hours, tough to very excessive seas (3.4 to 12.0 m) will likely be skilled over the seaboard of Kalayaan Islands. These circumstances are dangerous for every type of sea vessels. Mariners are suggested to stay in port or take shelter in port till winds and waves subside.” Pagasa warned.

Cloudy skies and rain showers will prevail in Metro Manila,Central Luzon, Cagayan Valley, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Ilocos area and the Cordillera Administrative Area as a result of northeast monsoon, Pagasa mentioned in its early morning replace.
The remainder of the nation may have cloudy skies and remoted rain showers as a result of localized thunderstorms. Pagasa warned of potential flash floods and landslides in rain-affected areas.
