MANILA, Philippines — Over 150 certificates of canvass (COCs) containing votes forged for the presidential and vice presidential races have arrived within the Home of Representatives a day earlier than Congress begins its canvassing on Tuesday.
The poll bins containing the COCs had been transferred from the Senate constructing in Pasay Metropolis to the Batasang Pambansa in Quezon Metropolis early Monday.
The bins arrived at round 5 a.m, based on the Senate Public Relations and Info Bureau (PRIB).

To this point, the Senate has acquired 156 or 90.17 % of all 173 COCs, the Senate PRIB stated.
The higher chamber, it added, will obtain the remaining COCs on Tuesday, earlier than Congress convenes in a joint session to canvass the votes forged for president and vp.
