My title is Tjae, and I misplaced 50 kilos. I’ve gone from 205 kilos to 155 kilos. 

What was your motivation?
Being a mom of 4, I simply received uninterested in having low shallowness, feeling large, and never having any power to play with my children. 

So I started by altering my consuming habits. I minimize out sugary drinks and junk meals. For train, I did cardio twice a day. It took me about six months to drop the burden.
