I simply love a mushy, chewy molasses cookie, wealthy with the burnt amber goodness of molasses, and the candy fragrant attraction of baking spices. Vegan Tender Molasses Cookies

These mushy molasses cookies are made with aquafaba, nutrient-rich almond meal, and the candy fragrant attraction of baking spices.


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Place aquafaba* (bean liquid) in a mixing bowl and whip with an electrical mixer till thick (about 4 minutes).
  3. Combine in molasses, coconut palm or brown sugar, and dairy-free margarine till clean.
